Topics covered include, but not limited to: Circadian Rhythms, Sleep, Nutrition and Digestion, Breathing, The Nervous System and Deep Relaxation, Ayurvedic Psychology learning about the mind and emotions and tools to evolve them appropriately, including the role of appropriate Yoga, Breathing, Yoga Nidra and other contemplative practices as per one's constitution and condition.
