All classes are four hours long, taught by CPAs and held at our office at 303 SW 140th Terrace in Jonesville. Cost is $75 each and includes a boxed lunch.

Instructor Pam Burns, CPA, EA, FCPA, uses her twenty+ years as a QuickBooks instructor to make the complicated simple and, yes, even fun! She's also happy to answer any "taxing" questions you may have.

Because of the way Realtors are compensated as self-employed individuals, the tax landscape can be trickier to navigate than for people in other industries. This class combines information from all three of the Realtor Tax Secret classes we’ve held previously, so even if you’ve been to one before, you’re bound to learn something new.

About the instructors:

Elizabeth P. Davies is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida. She graduated from the University of South Florida and worked in the banking industry before beginning her career with the national firm of KPMG on the audit staff. She has concentrated on accounting and taxation for the last 30 years.

Pam Burns is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida and as an Enrolled Agent governed by the Internal Revenue Service. She has a Master’s Degree in Taxation from Florida Atlantic University and a 2nd Master’s Degree in Accounting with Forensic studies and certification as a Forensic CPA (FCPA). She has been teaching QuickBooks for over 20 years.
