This workshop will cover issues in nonprofit manangement that stem from a poverty mentality (”we can’t earn money, we’re a nonprofit”) and what to do about it. We will eliminate myths about nonprofit revenue structures and demystify multi-channel revenue models, especially highlighting ways to create a resilient, sustainable income structure.
