Description

The Collier Companies is looking for energetic individuals to join our team as Seasonal Turn Team Members! 

 

As a Seasonal Turn Team Member, you will be responsible for upholding various administrative, customer service and curb appeal standards for incoming and departing residents during Turnover Season from July-August.

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Clerical duties, including filing, sorting, assembling folders and new resident collateral as needed
  • Working alongside the maintenance teams
  • Assisting with customer service inquiries
  • Assisting with move ins/move outs
  • Cutting keys
  • Inspecting and trashing out units
  • Straightening and clean office area
  • Assisting service team with curb appeal
