Own priorities and roadmaps related to supply chain customer engagement initiatives ranging from customer service, loaner services and inventory services.
Write specifications, requirements and document workflows associated with potential programs.
Ability to lead projects and teams through all phases of their life cycle.
Interact with senior leaders, incorporate business strategies into proposals and influence decision-making
Ability to engage and support all aspects of customer support including loaner management, customer service, pricing and inventory.
Manage new agency / sales representative account setup and onboarding needs partnering closely with sales operations and other relevant stakeholders.
Develop and share monthly performance metrics for all on-going programs as well as success metrics for individual projects.
Serve as the ‘voice of the customer’ throughout Exactech and provide internal feedback on how we can better serve them to maximize customer value and retention. Develop a ‘trusted advisor’ role with customers, helping them become more efficient in the usage of Exactech programs and tools.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to assure a smooth flow of products to our customers by developing and implementing lean processes which improve accuracy and efficiency, optimizing inventory while role-modeling customer service.
Utilize information to analyze and develop tactical plans that anticipate and meet business needs while assuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Build internal and external relationships through excellent problem solving and demonstrating accountability for follow up actions.
Assure compliance to the Exactech code of ethics.
Know and apply the Quality System and any appropriate Federal and International standards.
Assist and support other employees, teams, and sales personnel as necessary.
Job Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in inventory management/customer service in an operational environment. Medical Device experience desired.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation skills required.
• Demonstrated success developing and delivering customer facing programs is required.
• PMP certification is desired.
Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office software suite.
• Proficient with MFG Pro or related ERP/MRP system.
