The Senior Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success achieved through the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. The Senior Recruiter plays a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent. In addition the Senior Recruiter is responsible for developing technology strategies in support of recruiting and compliance programs for the recruitment function and will also the leader of the recruiting program function at Exactech.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Conduct the recruiting and hiring process for new and vacant positions, using the Internet, job fairs, university campus appearances, etc. Interact and negotiate with outside vendors such as recruiters and other sources. Enhance/develop cooperative recruiting plans, relationships in the marketplace, content of job postings and advertisements, candidate management, and interview process management

2. Oversee, conduct, and enhance new employee orientation and follow-up process

3. Provide coaching and mentoring services to managers to develop recruitment skills and to provide input into the matching of potential candidates to suitable positions.

4. Establish and maintain internal recruiting processes and procedures.

5. Interact and negotiate with outside vendors such as, recruiters and other sources.

6. Provide career path guidance and support to employees.

7. Advise employees and team leaders on interpretation of personnel policies, programs and procedures.

8. Carry out various administrative tasks involved in human resources functions and maintain related records.

9. Work in a team structure with other Human Resources colleagues to:
    a. Develop annual Human Resources budget.
    b. Recommend to Leadership Team policies and procedures that pertain to employment practice.
    c. Provide other Human Resources services to employees as necessary.
    d. Participate in ongoing strategic and comparative analysis of Exactech’s compensation and other employment equity         programs.

10. Collaborate with in-house legal counsel to assure Exactech compliance with all state and federal employment laws.

11. Know and apply the Quality System and any appropriate Federal and International standards.

12. Assist and support other employees, teams, and sales personnel as necessary
