Job Description
They say it takes a village to raise a child. Well, it only takes one person to lead that village into the future of network technology and entertainment. Regardless of the strength of that analogy, we’re hoping that person is you!

We’re looking for an Indirect Account Manager at Cox Communities (a division of Cox Communications) who can influence and collaborate with our various industry partners to bring both business and leisure solutions to an entire village/community. Could this be the right role for you? Read on!

Cox Communities is the division of Cox that delivers solutions, value, and trust for MDU (Multi-Dwelling Unit) & SFU (Single Family Unit) owners, managers, developers, and residents within their communities.  The Cox Communities team acts as their client’s trusted advisor by supporting them in reaching their business goals of optimizing rents, occupancy, and future-proofing their properties.

What You’ll Do
You’ll be the point person for multi-dwelling unit (MDU) and single-family unit (SFU) owners, managers, developers, and residents within their communities, providing them with solutions, value, and peace of mind. As a trusted adviser, you’ll help them reach their business goals, optimize their occupancy, and future-proof their properties.

Here’s a peek at your day:
  • Partner directly with MDU property managers and leasing staff to drive product penetration and revenue growth.
  • Manage MDU accounts once the agreement has been signed, focusing on successful implementation.
  • You’ll be responsible for successfully managing a portfolio of properties in an assigned territory.
  • Increase subscriber growth within your territory
  • Partner with property management to launch properties, train staff, and coordinate on-site marketing and promotion efforts.
  • Address competitor activity in a very fluid, competitive market by proactively building growth strategies for current and new MDU property managers.
  • Ensure compliance with all residential agreements and contracts.
  • Serve as a community ambassador of Cox Communications and as a recognized subject matter expert on MDU matters, establishing a presence in the community through participation and leadership for relevant boards, groups, and committees.
