Trimark Properties is an award-winning developer and property management company, with headquarters in Gainesville, Florida. They own 23 aparatment complexes in Gainesville, 2 luxury residence halls, numerous historic houses near UF, and a large number of commercial office buildings within the Innovation Square district. Trimark Properties is currently developing the first private building within Innovation Square, which is scheduled to break ground in Summer 2013.
