While this is a big step forward for the brand, it all started in Gainesville, where the very first Piesanos opened in 2009. From those roots, we’ve grown across Florida while staying true to what made us successful — stone-fired Italian, genuine hospitality, and strong community connections.

The Middleton location represents the next evolution, with a purpose-built design, expanded to-go capabilities, and a fresh take on the guest experience.
