Come have Food Fun with Chaya and learn from an experienced Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner and Home Economics Major, how to cook Ayurvedically with a seasonal, simple, and healthy meal and modify according to your constitutional body type and condition. We will also practice conscious and mindful eating to improve digestion and awareness of our relationship to food.
