Join us for the next episode of Crossroads: Exploring Intersections in Race and Business. During this episode of Crossroads, we will feature local leaders and programs that are helping local businesses to strengthen their talent strategies and at the same time, cultivating life skills, job training and social connections in young men and providing them with alternate pathways to success.

We have formatted this series to connect businesses, professionals, and the community with expert perspective, best practices and a safe space to productively comment and ask questions without having to be identified. The event is open to businesses, employees and the community.
Attendees who submit their questions in advance won't even be identified to us. This episode, and all that follow, will attempt to focus on solutions in the community where they exist. Where solutions don't exist, resource gaps will clarify areas of need we can work as a community to meet.
