Event Description:
DRINK GNV: Season of Cocktails is a month-long series of happy hours that will focus on the hospitality and hotel industry. Our goal is to bring members and the public to hotel bars with the goal of showcasing the wonderful lodging options (and beverage options) in the greater Gainesville area.
Each ticket will include two craft cocktails and appetizers from Covey Kitchen + Cocktails, as well as a raffle ticket. We invite you to enjoy an evening with us at Hotel ELEO at the University of Florida!
Hotel ELEO at the University of Florida, a 173-room boutique hotel, opened July 1, 2020. Despite opening during a particularly difficult time, Hotel ELEO has thrived. Its location on the UF campus with easy access to UF Health hospitals sets it apart from other hotels in town. Hotel ELEO also features flexible meeting and event space, a fitness studio with high-end cardio and resistance equipment, and an unparalleled level of service.
Covey Kitchen + Cocktails opened in September 2020 and has already made its mark on the greater Gainesville community. Executive Chef Charlie Keller, a graduate of Johnson & Wales, has created a seasonal menu that showcases the freshest produce and locally inspired dishes. Covey Kitchen + Cocktails also boasts an impressive cocktail selection and wine list.
