Gainesville Area Women's Network (GAWN) Luncheon - Leadership Driving Culture: How Women Leaders Inspire Stronger, More Connected Teams
Please join GAWN at the Sweetwater Branch Inn for our January Luncheon.
In this session, Julie Marble will explore how intentional leadership will shape a healthy, motivated and resilient company culture, especially in small businesses where every team member’s impact is significant. Drawing on her experience guiding operations and culture at Harrison Estate Law and in previous leadership roles, Julie will explain the core pillars of effective leadership and will describe how leaders who communicate clearly, set meaningful expectations and model the behaviors they want to see will create environments where teams feel supported, aligned and inspired to excel. Julie will also highlight how traits often associated with women in leadership, such as empathy, strong communication, collaboration and emotional intelligence, will serve as powerful strengths in modern workplaces by increasing trust, engagement and innovation. Participants will leave with practical strategies they will be able to implement in order to strengthen their leadership presence, cultivate a positive culture and use their natural strengths to help their teams thrive.
Julie Marble serves as an Associate Attorney and Operations Director at Harrison Estate Law, where she not only oversees the firm’s operational backbone but also leads the effort to build a strong, vibrant company culture rooted in vision, values, accountability and heart. With an educational background in finance, an MBA and a J.D., and prior roles directing business operations and consulting, Julie brings a rare blend of business acumen, legal insight and people-first leadership. Julie and her husband are local business owners of the West End Tavern in Tioga and together they have a 5-year-old son.
