BUSINESS MATTERS WORKSHOP SERIES
TOPIC: Working with Millennials
In an increasingly global marketplace, talent is becoming the top currency. In fact, according to a 2012 study, talent, "Talent trumps trade by a large margin when it comes to regional economic development." Despite knowing this, many of our local businesses believe we're coming up short at retaining top young talent locally.
Join us for a panel discussion on working with millennials with members of ACEL (Alachua County Emerging Leaders). Learn about what makes millennials different than other generations in the workplace, and why those traits are valuable to your organization.
PANELISTS:
Small business are the strength of our local economy and Chamber. The Chamber is committed to helping insure business growth for all of our members. These workshops are dedicated to assist in developing and educating our small business owners and their employees on topics such as wellness, social media, strategic planning, websites, career development and more.
