Event Description:

Being able to safely and properly dispose of unused and expired medications reduces the risks of accidental overdose and substance abuse. Help the HPW Coalition and the Alachua County Sheriff's Office prevent drug abuse/misuse on National DEA Drug Take-Back Day.  On Saturday, October 26th from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm you can drop off your unused or expired medication in the cities of Archer, Alachua, Micanopy, and Gainesville. The exact drop-off locations are included on the flyer.

Please note that we are unable to accept any sharps, needles, or compressed/aerosol cans such as inhalers at our drop-off locations.
