Together with the UF Center for the Humanities and the Public Sphere, the Bob Graham Center presents Michele Bratcher Goodwin, founding director of the Center for Biotechnology and Global Health Policy at the University of California-Irvine, on Tuesday, Oct. 14 at 4 pm, for an address on the escalation of criminal punishments directed at pregnant women in the US.
