Join us to celebrate the Grand Opening of the North Florida Regional Medical Centers new Full Service Emergency Room Department with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony.
North Florida Regional Medical Center has expanded access to emergency care in North Central Florida with the opening of a 24/7 full-service, freestanding emergency department in Western Gainesville.
The two-acre site is at the southwest corner of W. Newberry Road and 122nd Street, often referred to as Parker Road and includes an 11,200-square-foot, one-story facility. The freestanding ER is expected to serve more than 12,000 patients a year. The $10.5 million project features 10 emergency rooms and will employ approximately 35 full-time healthcare professionals.
The Ribbon Cutting Ceremony will commence at 6:00PM.
