The Charcoal Grill began in 2018 as a brightly painted food truck serving an evolving variety of Latin American cuisine in Newberry, FL. The aromas of carne asada and grilled chicken drew eager patrons. The success of their mobile eatery gave them the courage to offer even more delicious dishes that you can enjoy in their convenient, comfortable restaurant! They love to cook and serve Latin food specializing in Nicaraguan cuisine and are excited to share it with even more people in the community!
