About the Presenter

Domenic Aluise, CEO of RDM Innovation, is an Industrial and Systems Engineer with a degree from the University of Florida. He has won national business planning competitions for both product and service companies and started multiple businesses in Sarasota and Gainesville, FL. He has served as President and CEO of RDM Innovation since 2015, with experience managing engineering projects in a wide range of industries, from consumer products and software development to medical devices.
