The Longest Table
On Friday, April 12th, in beautiful downtown Gainesville, the Greater Gainesville Chamber of Commerce will be hosting The Longest Table.
This event takes place in various cities across the nation as a way to bring members of their community together to strengthen and build relationships across economic, racial, religious and ethnic backgrounds. As the chamber looks into it's 100th year, we recognize the importance of bringing individuals "to the table" together. Without that, the chamber nor this community would have accomplished the great milestones we have achieved over the years. As we come together, we also hope to help those in need. We will ask that every attendee also bring a donation of non-perishable food that will then be donated to a local food bank. Collaboration, Innovation, Culture and Compassion working together creates a stronger community.
We invite everyone to come together at the table. Meet new people, reconnect with neighbors, enjoy music and delicious food from a selection of our local restaurants and help those in need.

Each Table will feature a bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon and a bottle of Chardonnay. Additional alcoholic beverages can be purchased from Loosey's and The Bull.

A tuna kobachi poke bowl- sushi rice, masago, scallion, diced cucumber, wakame salad, tuna kobachi topped with avocado topping and sesame seeds PLUS a Shrimp tempura roll delight- tempura shrimp, cucumber crab delight, topped with temp flakes, eel sauce.
La Fiesta Mexican Grille will be providing:
A Fajita Bar featuring grilled chicken, steak and shrimp with sauteed onions and peppers paired with rice and beans and charro beans plus chips and salsa
Superette is providing:
Kale & roasted beet salad(pecans, feta, red onion and balsamic vinaigrette) with Sirloin Shish Kebabs(with Greek spiced rice and asparagus) PLUS baklava
