In this workshop you will gain a better understanding of your pelvic floor, learn why leaking and dysfunction can occur during heavy lifts and running, improve running mechanics to reduce the strain on pelvic floor muscles, and master posture changes during lifts to help your core work smarter, not harder.
Naptime PT's Kiri Krishingner completed her doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2018 at Loma Linda University in Southern California. After graduation, she worked towards completing her Mat Pilates Instructor certification, a Prenatal and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist certification, extensive pelvic health education, and translated those skills into her physical therapy practice. After 6 years of outpatient orthopedic experience mixed with women’s health, Dr. Kiri now owns a small private practice in SW Gainesville called Naptime PT, where she treats women’s orthopedics and pelvic floor concerns. She is passionate about educating women to lift heavier and run farther without pain or discomfort.
