What You’ll Do:

• Provide screening, assessment, treatment, and referrals during incarceration and post-release
• Use evidence-based, trauma-informed care (Motivational Interviewing & CBT)
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy
• Coordinate care and connect individuals to community resources
• Maintain accurate documentation and continuity of care

What You’ll Bring:

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, criminal justice, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Licensed or license-eligible in a counseling-related field (preferred)
• Valid Florida Driver’s License with a clean driving record
